A duo of virtuosity in a most innovative programme
The Russian violinist Ilya Gringolts is currently teaching at the music faculty of the Hochschule der Künste in Zurich. In addition to the modern violin, he is continuously engaged in the performance of old instruments.
Together with the pianist Peter Laul, he performs regularly in concerts and has recorded several CDs. Their extreme virtuosity and complicity allows them to give the audience the impression of hearing a whole orchestra.
