Based in Bologna, the Arsenale Sonoro baroque orchestra founded in 2014 by violinist Boris Begelman has quickly made a name for itself. The ensemble performs at major ancient music festivals and its latest recording ‘Un’alma innamorata’, dedicated entirely to Handel, has been hailed by international critics. The ensemble will feature seven musicians and American countertenor Christopher Lowrey. You’ll be able to cultivate a soul in love thanks to ‘Sicut Sagittae’, a programme dedicated to Vivaldi.
