At the end of the Jerusalem Quartet‘s concert at the Protestant Temple in Crans-Montana, the audience was in for a big surprise. Piano legend Sir Murray Perahia was celebrating his return to the stage after several years’ absence. Performing two movements of Schumann’s Quintet with his friends from the Jerusalem Quartet, he offered the audience a moment of intense emotion that will remain engraved in the memories of CMClassics.
